- Delivers product training to staff, clients, and partners. Includes training at various client locations as well as our main training facility in Palmetto Bay, Florida
- Provide product knowledge to internal and external resources. (Example: having the ability to help Customer Support, Consulting Services, and Clients using product knowledge.)
- Communicates with internal departments regarding new product developments
- Duties may also include client pre-production consulting and deployment methodologies, client post production training and support along with work on various documentation projects
- Other tasks, as needed and defined by Manager, to facilitate the success of Training, Documentation, Customer Services, or the Company as a whole
Apart from the usual communication and presentation skills, you will posses one or more of the skills listed below:
- knowledge of Microsoft SQL Server
- knowledge of TCP/IP networking
- Microsoft Office Suite (proficient), including Excel and Access
- Software Training and Implementation
Bachelors degree preferred or equivalent experience exposure to Healthcare/Medical environment a plus. The ability to adapt and contribute to a rapidly developing company and work under pressure is a must. Employment Type is Contract to Permanent with Travel up to 50%.
